Lower Cost Licensing Alternative - Agents who join Great Lakes Real Estate, Inc. are required to join the Buffalo/Niagara Association of Realtors and the MLS system. In order to provide a lower cost option for less active agents who do not desire MLS membership, we have established an affiliated holding company. Agents associated with the holding company are required to pay state licensing fees only, but are not required to pay MLS dues. However, such agents do not receive the benefits associated with MLS participation.
